Essentially, to scarify your floor is to remove difficult material and grime. Otherwise a flat installation of your new carpet, vinyl, wood, safety or rubber floor is unlikely and bubbling, creasing or lifting will occur.

Smoothing compounds & Latex
Our latex & smoothing compounds are designed to rapidly harden and smooth the subfloor to make it easier for a perfect flooring installation. With excellent adhesion and flow characteristics, our smoothing compounds are ideal for problem areas and are unaffected by moisture.
